Apple Raisin Mallow Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled apple slices
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
15 regular marshmallows
Preparation

Place apples, raisins and water in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly, then scatter over apples. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until apples are done and topping is crisp. Remove from oven, place marshmallows over the top and return to oven until marshmallows are melted and lightly browned.
