Baked Carrots And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sauce (recipe follows)
6 to 8 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
3 medium onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
1/3 c. grated cheese
paprika
Preparation

Arrange carrots and onions in alternate layers in a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.
Top with butter; pour white sauce over all.
