Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
    1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put crushed crackers on top and add melted butter.
    Bake in preheated oven, 375\u00b0, for 30 minutes or until toasted. Deeelicious.
