White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
10 eggs
2 lb. pecans
2 lb. candied pineapple
2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 pt. brandy
4 c. flour
Preparation

Beat butter lightly.
Gradually add powdered sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Put nuts and candied fruit in large pan. Add flour and coat well.
Add butter mixture.
Mix well.
Add brandy.
