Granny'S Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 whole eggs
3/4 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Heat butter and milk together until butter is melted.
Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
Add sugar rapidly, beating until smooth.
Add flour alternately with hot milk mixture.
Add vanilla and baking powder last, mixing thoroughly but not for more than 1 minute.
Bake in two 9-inch pans for 30 minutes at 340\u00b0.
