Zucchini-Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. instant rice
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. medium sharp or sharp cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Brown the meat and onion in oil.
    Pour off excess grease. Add rice and seasonings; stir a few minutes.
    Layer in casserole 1/2 the sliced zucchini, meat-onion-rice mixture, cottage cheese, remainder of zucchini, soup and grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
