Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. barley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. finely chopped carrots
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped potatoes
    boiling beef with bone or oxtail meat
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Boil meat with bone until very tender in plenty of water and salt.
    Cool.
    Remove bones and all traces of fat.
    Cook with all vegetables and barley until tender.
