Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. lean ground turkey
3/4 c. chopped, seeded tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped scallions
1/2 c. cooked bulgur
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 tsp. chopped mint
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
4 (1 oz.) whole wheat pitas, split and grilled
1 medium tomato, sliced
Preparation

Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
Place grill rack 5 inches from coals.
Cover with foil, if you want.
In large bowl, combine turkey with other ingredients, except pitas and tomato.
Lightly moisten hands; shape mixture into 4 equal patties.
Grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning once until cooked through.
Serve burgers in pitas with sliced tomato.
