Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 or 4 medium apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Cream together for 3 minutes the oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, salt, soda, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Mix until smooth.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Add apples, cored (not peeled) and chopped into pieces.
    Add nuts.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 in Bundt cake pan.
