Broccoli And Chicken Tater Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. skim or low fat milk
    2 c. cooked chicken or lean beef
    1 large bunch broccoli, steamed
    4 baking potatoes, baked
Preparation
    Saute the onion and mushrooms in the oil in a large skillet. Stir in water and flour.
    Gradually add the milk until thickened. Add the seasonings, chicken and broccoli; cook, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Slice open potatoes and pour broccoli mixture on top. Makes 4 servings.
    Contains 9 grams of fat per serving.
