Holiday Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf bread (20 oz. loaf)
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. milk
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. red cherries
    1 c. green cherries
    1 c. grated coconut
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, break bread into small pieces. Add raisins, milk, pineapple, cherries and coconut.
    Mix well.
    In a large mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, vanilla and food coloring.
    Mix well. Add margarine mixture to bread mixture.
    Pour into a 3-quart pan.
    Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
    Serves 10. Contains 200 calories per serving.
