Ingredients

2 Tbsp. light margarine
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Melt margarine in small saucepan; remove from heat.
Add cornstarch and turmeric; mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Makes about 1 cup.
Use as a basting sauce for baked, broiled or microwaved seafood.
Serve as a sauce or dip for fish, turkey, ham or chicken nuggets or poached meats or fish.
