Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes
    1 small can green chilies
    4 oz. size pimento
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of garlic powder
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Mash all ingredients together.\tPut in Pyrex dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
