Mom'S Dinner Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef, chuck or venison
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. regular oats
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. ketchup (to top meat loaf)
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground meat.
    Lightly saute onion and bell pepper.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients and, using your hands, mix everything together well.
    Spray cooking spray on 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish.
    Put meat mixture into baking dish and pack well.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about an hour.
    Drain off any excess grease that cooks out of the meat loaf.
    Cover top of meat loaf with ketchup and cook for 15 more minutes.
