Low-Fat Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 (29 oz.) can solid-packed pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 cans skim evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Divide evenly into 2 pie shells.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Bake another 45 minutes or until knife inserted into each pie comes out clean.
    Cool before serving.
