Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. frozen orange juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
60 crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. oleo, melted
1/4 c. sugar
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Mix crushed crackers, oleo and sugar together. Reserving 1/2 cup to garnish, put in bottom of 9 x 12-inch dish or pan. Mix undiluted orange juice in
Eagle Brand milk. Add thawed Cool Whip and gently fold in mandarin oranges. Pour this mixture over cracker mixture.
Sprinkle garnish over salad and refrigerate.
