Tuna Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna (undrained)
    3 Tbsp. cognac
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 eggs, hard-cooked
    3 Tbsp. chopped pistachios
Preparation
    Place tuna, cognac, pepper and dill weed in blender and blend until
    smooth.
    Add
    cream cheese and eggs.
    Whip until smooth. Fold
    in
    pistachios and place in small serving bowl. Chill. Serve with crackers. Makes about 2 cups.
