Tuna Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. coarsely grated carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) La Choy mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine tuna, carrots, celery and onion in bowl; set aside. Mix together mayonnaise, milk and mustard; toss gently.
    Cover and chill until serving time.
    Add shoestring potatoes and toss. Makes 6 servings.
