Honey Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3 c. water or potato water
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 to 4 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Combine in mixer bowl: 3 cups whole wheat flour, nonfat dry milk, salt and dry yeast packages.
    Heat in saucepan until warm: water, honey and oil.
    Pour warm (not hot) liquid over flour mixture.
    Beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes.
    Stir in: 1 cup whole wheat flour and white flour.
    Knead 5 minutes, using additional white flour, if necessary.
    Place in greased bowl, turn and let rise until double in bulk.
    Punch down, divide dough in half and shape into loaves.
    Place in greased 9 x 5-inch bread pans.
    Cover and let rise 40 to 45 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
