Strawberry Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. strawberries
1/4 c. strawberry jello
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. cold water
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation

Combine jello, cornstarch and sugar.
Add cold water and mix well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens slightly and becomes clear.
Add a few drops of red food coloring.
Cool until lukewarm.
