Gennetts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 tsp. baking powder
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in blender.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Gradually add egg mixture to form dough.
    Add additional flour as needed to make a soft ball of dough.
    Let rest on floured counter top for 1/2 to 1 hour.
    To form cookies, pull off small amounts of dough to form 1-inch balls. Roll ball in hands to form a roll approximately 3 x 1/4 to 1/2-inch.
    Wrap roll around your finger to shape a small \"beehive\" form and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light golden brown, approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
    Watch closely to prevent scorching.
    Let cool completely.
