Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
Set aside in a bowl of cold water.
Melt butter in a saucepan or frying pan. Add flour and stir constantly until bubbly.
Gradually stir in milk and continue to stir until mixture thickens.
Add salt (more if desired).
Remove from heat.
