Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 c. corn meal
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into 2 greased skillets. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
