Lobster Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 oz. lobster meat
    1 can cream of asparagus soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. light cream or milk
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    few grains cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    Parmesan cheese croutons
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend together soups, cream, lobster and cayenne and bring to simmering point.
    When mixture is hot, stir in sherry and butter. Serve with sprinkling of chives and Parmesan cheese croutons.
