Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
1 c. water
3 c. pecans
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Boil sugars and water until soft ball stage (240\u00b0).
Remove and add dash of salt, vanilla and butter.
Beat until gloss comes off and spoon immediately onto wax paper.
