Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. water
    3 c. pecans
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil sugars and water until soft ball stage (240\u00b0).
    Remove and add dash of salt, vanilla and butter.
    Beat until gloss comes off and spoon immediately onto wax paper.
