Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 8-10 lb. roast
1 bunch of green onions
1 yellow onion
3 bell peppers
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Put roast in roasting pan, season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Cut onion, green onions, and bell peppers up and place on roast. Fill pot up almost halfway with water. Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
