Dill And Lemon Flounder Bake(Serves 6; Under 100 Calories) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/16 tsp. ground black pepper
1 1/2 lb. flounder fillets
1 c. water
1/2 c. dry vermouth or apple juice
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Combine 1 teaspoon dill with lemon peel and black pepper.
Rub into both sides of each fillet.
Roll up fillets from narrow ends; secure with toothpicks, if needed.
Place in shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine water, vermouth, lemon juice and remaining dill.
Pour sauce over fish.
Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish tests done when flaked with fork.
Serve with sauce spooned over fish.
