Homemade Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 egg
    adobo or salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. bread crumbs or enough for consistency
    3 tsp. Parmesan or Romano cheese or to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape meat into balls.
    Brown meatballs in skillet.
    Drain grease and add to Italian Pasta Sauce (see recipe).
    Cook slowly for about 30 minutes.
    Serve over pasta.
