Maple Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. pure maple syrup
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 head white cabbage, diced (6 to 8 c.)
2 apples, diced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Whisk together the mayonnaise, maple syrup, lemon juice and nutmeg.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Chill for 2 hours before serving. Makes 6 to 8 cups.
