Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 small can condensed milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
3 c. diced rhubarb
3 egg whites
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Place in a pie crust.
Bake 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Beat egg whites, sweetened with 6 tablespoons sugar.
Top pie with egg whites.
Put back in oven until brown.
