Artichoke Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (plain), cut up
    1 c. mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. ripe olives
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and place into a heavy, oiled casserole baking dish. Top with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated and 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Test for doneness with a knife. Serves 6.
