Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated leeks (onions, no greens)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    3 or 4 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1 can chicken stock (broth, bouillon)
    grated zucchini
Preparation
    Cook zucchini 1/2 hour.
    Saute grated leeks in butter until wilted.
    Add chicken stock and zucchini.
    Add cut up package of cream cheese and grated cheese.
    Serve hot or cold.
