Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 c. egg noodles
2 c. cooked diced chicken
6 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
6 c. water
Preparation

In a large soup kettle, combine the water, the carrots, celery and onion. Put in the bouillon granules and let the vegetables simmer for 5 minutes, then add the chicken and broth. Let them cook for another 5 minutes. Then add the noodles and cook until the vegetables and the noodles are tender. Do not overcook the soup or you will have mushy noodles.
