Frozen Lemon Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. cold water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over 1 tablespoon water in large bowl.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
