Johnny Marzetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 large onions, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
8 oz. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cooked elbow macaroni
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt margarine; add onions, mushrooms, celery, green pepper and garlic.
Cook until vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes.
Add beef and fry until beef loses pink color. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Bring to simmer.
Stir in cooked macaroni, then cheese.
Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
