Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 c. shortening
1 box brown sugar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
1 pkg. Chocolate chips
1 c. pecans
2 c. rice crispies
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream oleo and shortening; add sugars, eggs and vanilla. Sift and add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips, pecans, rice crispies and coconut. Use 1/4 c. measuring cup per cookie or ice cream scoop. Place on ungreased cookie sheet (6 cookies to a cookie sheet). Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Make 30 - 40 cookies.
