Artichoke Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. hot liquid pepper
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain marinade from one jar of artichokes into frying pan. Drain other jar and discard liquid.
    Chop artichokes and set aside.
    Add onion and garlic to pan and saute for 5 minutes.
    In bowl, beat eggs; add crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and hot pepper. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes, onion and garlic.
    Mix well. Turn into greased 11 x 7-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool; cut into 1-inch squares.
    Serve warm or cold.
