Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    small crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs and oil; add to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add carrots, pecans and pineapple. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until brown.
