Swiss Tomato Pie * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. croutons
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 lb. (2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange croutons in 9-inch pie plate. Top croutons with tomato slices and shredded cheese.
    In a small bowl, beat remaining ingredients with a wire whisk.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake until
    puffy and golden brown, approximately 40 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
