Sesame Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. fresh, grated ginger
    6 scallions, chopped fine
    1 large bunch spinach, washed and drained
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
    Heat the oil in a skillet or wok.
    Add garlic, ginger and scallions.
    Saute over medium heat for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add spinach and stir-fry until cooked, but still crispy (2 to 3 minutes).
    Add soy mixture and heat through.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
