Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    4 green onions, sliced thin, including tops
    4 oz. can chopped green chiles
    8 to 10 large flour tortillas
    1 large jar salsa
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients and spread evenly on tortillas approximately 1/8 inch thick.
    Roll tortillas and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Remove from refrigerator and cut into 1-inch pieces. Place toothpick in each piece and dip in salsa.
