Microwave Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. diced potatoes
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. light cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place onion, margarine, potatoes and salt in a 2 1/2-quart glass casserole.
    Cover; microwave on High for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
    Blend flour and cream together; pour over potatoes and microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes, or until thickened.
    Stir occasionally.
    Top with crumbled bacon and serve.
