French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. coconut
    2 sticks melted margarine
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Put in two 9-inch baked pie shells.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm.
