Hamburger-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 red pepper, finely chopped
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 sour cream (large container)
    1 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry meat, onion and peppers, drain.
    Place cooked rice on bottom of large baking dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream and add to meat mix.
    Cover rice; top with 2/3 cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove foil and add remaining cheese.
    Bake for 5 minutes.
