Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chocolate pudding cake mix
    1 stick butter
    1 can evaporated milk
    14 oz. pkg. caramels
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, melted butter and 1 cup canned milk and spread 1/2 in greased pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Melt caramels with rest of canned milk.
    Spread over cake.
    Top with other 1/2 of cake mixture.
    While still warm, sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
    Bake another 15 minutes.
