Macaroni 'N Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
    Drain. Meanwhile, blend butter with flour in a saucepan and add milk gradually.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until creamy; add salt, pepper and paprika.
    Add 2/3 of the cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
    Turn macaroni into a well-greased 2-quart casserole.
    Pour sauce over macaroni and stir.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until delicately browned.
    Serves 4 to 6.
