Mexican Build Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    3 cans water (use tomato paste can)
    1 can tomato and green chilies
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin seed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 cloves garlic
    shredded lettuce
    corn chips
    diced avocado
    diced tomato
    shredded cheese
    chopped green onion
    chopped ripe olives
    coconut (optional)
    salsa
    peanuts
    raisins
Preparation
    Crumble meat and cook over moderate heat.
    Add onion.
    Add paste, water, tomatoes, chilies and spices.
    Simmer 40 minutes. Let each guest serve himself to cooked rice, covered with sauce and none or all of these ingredients:
