Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. box macaroni
    2 blocks New York extra sharp Cheddar cheese (just under 1 lb. each)
    butter
    milk
    flour
    pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in small pot (1/3 stick).
    Add flour to take up the butter.
    Whisk in the milk, a little at a time, until smooth. You can always add more.
    Cube 1 block of cheese and add to cream sauce.
    Heat and stir until smooth.
    Add salt and pepper; should be pretty thick.
