Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cooked fryer
1 large can mixed vegetables, drained
1 box Pillsbury pie pastry
Preparation

Melt 1/2 cup oleo in skillet; blend in flour, salt, pepper and 3 cups chicken broth.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Add cooked chicken and mixed vegetables.
Pour mixture into uncooked pie crust.
Place uncooked pie crust on top.
Punch holes in pie crust with fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crust is done and brown on top.
