Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. chicken broth (4 cans)
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with small amount water
Preparation
    Boil broth; add onions and broccoli.
    Bring to a boil and keep boiling for 10 minutes.
    Add seasonings and cheese; cook until cheese melts.
    Add milk and margarine; stir and heat until boiling again.
    Add diluted cornstarch and return to boil.
    Then reduce to simmer until served.
